The nursing staff at CSL Yeadon, aren't educated enough to take your temperature. And of course, they can get ignorant and plain stupid with you because no one will discipline them.

I am frustrated with this place's dishonest practices. They pretend to care about donors, but that's not the reality.
CSL Plasma removed a survey questioning donor satisfaction with payment, despite a significant decrease in donation payments, especially for new and returning donors. The survey should include questions about bonuses and promo codes, which are rarely available and cannot be found in the app.
To compensate for the decrease in payment, CSL should reinstate questions involving payment and real questions that matter to both donors and those considering donating. Removing lines of questions and not adding questions that better help the company understand donor satisfaction is not a great way to start improving the overall donor experience.

Iv been donating from age18-34 in Lansing Michigan and there's a program called anti D were people with my type of blood get extra privilege like v.i.p. extra money and Iv never been a platinum donor a man came in off the streets and attacked me I had to defend myself witch cause me to be deferred for 6 months before I was able to donate again I was deferred for smelling like marijuana when i don't smoke it I've been deferd 5 times for petty things I feel targeted and under payed iv donated 11 years at the same place I tried going other places they failed to tell me that I'm not able to donate anywhere but there and there are 4 other centers in Lansing I love donating and helping people hits the reason i donate so long I do believe that im owed a considerat amount of money Iv never even been in the running for a prize winning never had a platinum card this is wrong my next steo is contacting the naacp Iv been more then patient i look forward to hearing from whoever is in charge

You can do what you want on your own time, but if you don’t have the self respect to shower and put fresh clothes on, they should defer you for that alone.
