Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Staff Misconduct, Harassment, and Unsafe Environment CSL Plasma Americana Location

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the repeated hostile, unprofessional, and unsafe treatment I have experienced at the CSL Plasma center located on Americana.

Across multiple visits, I have been subjected to behavior that goes far beyond poor customer service. I have been stared at, watched, gawked at, spoken to inappropriately, and treated in a way that has felt both sexually harassing and discriminatory.

The environment created by staff has consistently left me anxious, uncomfortable, and fearful. No donor should ever feel targeted or unsafe inside a medical facility.

During my most recent visit, I was wrongly deferred based on a false accusation that I had dug in my nose while a staff member was inserting the needle. This did not happen. The accusation felt deliberately humiliating and seemed like yet another attempt to tear me down rather than follow proper medical procedure.

This incident is part of a clear pattern where I have felt singled out, disrespected, and treated unfairly for reasons I cannot understand.

I am a quiet, respectful person. I mind my business. All I want is to be treated like a normal human being with the same kindness, dignity, and professionalism that I extend to others. Instead, I have been met with harassment, hostility, and unnecessary targeting.

It is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I am requesting the following actions:1.A formal investigation into the staff and management practices at the Americana CSL Plasma center.2.A review of all possible sexual harassment, discrimination, and hostile behavior conducted by employees toward donors.3.Documentation and acknowledgment that these concerns have been received and will be addressed immediately.

I am willing to donate plasma to help others, but I refuse to tolerate mistreatment, targeting, or intimidation from staff whose job is to provide a safe and respectful environment.

CSL has made it a point to lie on my health record so Im unable to donate at any facility, theyve allowed me to donate 1 or 2 times before sending a letter to my house claiming I had Hepatitis, I then went to my FAMILY doctors to confirm weather I had it or not, my doctors did blood work and came back NEGATIVE for the disease they are claiming I have; and on my app it says theyve helped 4 people with my plasma how is that possible IF IM INFECTED? I feel theyre being racist or judgmental .

They have made NO effort to make it right bc theyre saying once its on their record they cant reverse it, yet had no issue making it a point to put it on my record.

I feel I should be compensated for the pain and suffering and again the lying on records you guys do! I called the health dept and they too said if I had a disease that theyre to be notified of it, yet they havent either something doesnt seem right and someone in your facility doesnt know their job!

My records at CSL were falsified by one of the employees who has her badge turned over as to not show her name. Most of the employees turn the id badges over so the name will not show.

I was getting hot and I was brought ice packs. I did finish the donation and was told it was ok to leave. However on my next donation I was made to wait to see medical. Seems the employee marked me as REFUSED treatment.

I did not refuse any treatment, I was told by medical staff the employee must have hit the wrong button.

Then I am left after my donation was over still sitting in the chair, by the same employee. That employee was told by the floor person to unhook me next and she refused. The floor person in charge had to unhook me, when I asked for the girls name so I could complain. The floor person told me she was the CENTER MANAGER 3 times while refusing to show me her badge.

I called and found out she was not the center manager then she put me on a deferral for Counseling??? I feel that 10+ min is to long to be done with the donation and waiting on a disconnect when I can see the employees standing talking not with patients. I feel it was retaliation for wanting to see her name tag. I would like my records to reflect employee error and not patient refusal of treatment.

I would like the deferral removed.

when ever you have to see medical or anyone else that changes your wait times by hours. I feel I was unfairly treated by your employee who refuses to show her name badge.

Two times their lab didnt process my previous donation bottle so when I tried to donate the next time they said I couldnt donate until the lab processes my plasma bottle. Front desk didnt tell me that I couldnt donate so I waited almost two hours before I asked why I hadnt been called.

The screener said I needed to see a doctor for TPP physical. However, when the doctor pulled up my file it said that I couldnt donate because the lab didnt process my previous donation.

So I wasted 90 minutes to get to the location and 3 hours in the donation center without being screened or processed. Do not waste your time here.

I have going to temple terrace.csl for quite.a while.and have.had.great.cutomer.service until. Yesterday when got.to sign.i.was.told to go to.fro t desk.which.i.dix i told.the young.ladies about.having.a.hard time at the.kiosk.so they took my nane birthdate and said they had to go speak to.ghe manager and they would be back.when young lady.came.back she.told me.i.couldnt.donate.today.because there was.an issue.with the paper work and i would have to.come.back when the.qualilty controlanager.was.in.and they had no.idea when so.i.asked.was.the issue with my.health.and they said.the situationn has nothing to my health.it.had to do with some.not.dping the paper right

I am 67.and.drive 45.min to get there so i.can have gas.money.and food.i am total.dissapointed.and would.like someone.fromanage.call me and explain what happemed tjank you.laurel aronson 954-816-****

I've been going to CSL for about 3yrs and it's like a prison in Muskegon Michigan ..the reason I say that because when you go donate you have to watch the people who come donate and the staff ..they judge you ..by appearance if you look nice wear Jordans shoes in which some have stated to me ..I work every day and still can't afford Jordans like wow you have a job ..I guess the people feel more in control it you look like you need them ..also if you feel you are being done wrong ..you can't stand up for your self ..they too busy to see what's really going on they don't care it's your fault for not being humble and being a punk .when you know for a fact what's going on it's your fault..I've been told by staff I'm sorry I was sleeping just to make me more upset ..I've had staff mad at me because I didn't speak ..a guy assumed I was talking about him threaten to punch me in my face ..and staff calling me while I'm watching the guy ..like I'm the blame ..it's so crazy that they offer you to do the amazing and then you deal with the staff and the donors over envious type give you a hard time and your the blame for not turning the other cheek my family always said when a person wants to get rid of you they will find away to do so so they barred me from CSL because i made too much money and staff and donors got envious so the had to get rid of me i believe in right and wrong..and i believe CSL aint a fair company in Muskegon..it's two sides to every story besides there's. I'm glad I saved a life .. don't stand up for yourself and look like your beyond broke
