The employee(Ebony) was checking out the machine and it wasn't working right I was told that I had blood cell lost but my blood was returned. The employee(Ebony) informed me that she hit the wrong button on her keypad and to come back on my regular day.

I've called the headquarters in Florida with no response. So, on 6/26/2017, i go to talk to the manager(Maurice)at the Glen Burnie location in Baltimore,MD and i was informed that i was permanently defered by the manager(Maurice) because the employee(Ebony) said she didn't know my girlfriend and she felt threatened, which was a total lie.

I was also informed that I can't go to anymore CSL Plasma centers. I just was the deferal lifted or I will take legal action because, why should i have too suffer because of one of there employee lies and being deceitful.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Friendly staff.

I didn't like: Way manager agreed with employee.
