Saved my reward points all year (2750 points) logged in to select and WENT to location. They were completely confused about the program and then tried to tell me that I needed to log in at 12:01am.

When I told them that the email they sent stated to "come to location" to claim prize AND on the flyer (at the location) the small print says "prizes available randomly through-out day they were even more confused.

Bottom line they are completely deceiving consumer that qualify for they rewards by not paying out during qualifying period. The manager was completely confused and had no knowledge of program.
