Understaffed and way to long of a wait even with express pass

Went in to donate and use my express pass and it still took 40 minutes before I even got to sit in the chair and then when I asked why it was taking so long, I got my *** jumped and then told that I wasn't technically a new donor because I got new donor fees. After 40 minutes using my last express pass, I got to the chair and had to hold my own gauze over my arm because she couldn't get it to stop bleeding.

On top of it all, I got my gf to donate and never got any referral fees or anything and we got sent home two days prior to her first donation because y'all were so busy and so understaffed.

They need to allow people to BUY some express passes, who actually have jobs. Opening at 7 vs 6 screws alot of people who work.

The workers in the back bounce from one person to another and hardly change there gloves when they disconnect u or when they are doing ur set up when u get on the bed to donate, and go and adjust someone needle because of no flow or whatever the case maybe. Corporate said they didn't make that a rule but it is recommended due to COVID-19 that they change there gloves or sanitize the gloves before going to another person. I still don't see them them doing this.

I signed into Kiosk but wouldn't let me finish. Went to front and staff said I need to check my veins with staff. I waited staff checked waited said Veins were good. Thinking I was going to donate.the staff beside him deferred me.

Completely understaffed and even with an express pass, waited almost fourty minutes before I even hit the chair. I never received any referral fees or anything for getting my girlfriend to donate and I used my last express pass to wait longer than I would have by getting there when they open. They also went from 6 am to 7 am so people who work are basically just screwed. It's either after work or nothing... It's ridiculous, especially knowing what they get paid per bottle

BBB and ADA COMPLAINT

My mother who is physically disabled. She went to CSL Plasma Center at 3800 E.

State St. in Rockford, IL 61108 this morning where she has been donating for years and allowed seating due to her physical handicap. This morning your manager refused to identify his self or speak to my mother in regards as to why she was mistreated and her request for legal ADA reasonable accommodations request to remain seated was ignored, refused and then laughed about with your other staff members and security guard. I want a corporate escalation on this matter considering seating was available.

My mother was sitting down then asked to stand after being told her disability doesn't allow her to stand. My mother is constantly being discriminated against at this location and her disability being laughed at and disrespected. Your staff at this location are disrespectful, unprofessional and were hanging up on me as I called to request to speak to the manager. Your staff refused to identify themselves stating they don't have to give us their names.

When I asked how do you identify yourself then they just laughed. When I asked for a rep. I.D. number they told my mother to get off of her phone and then your manager decides to come out and ask my mother to not make a complaint then he would be willing to speak with her.

The professionalism of the staff at this location is horrible. Their respect for your clients shows an absolute disregard for common decency. They are ghetto and childish!!! Failure to make reasonable accommodations for the disabled is against the law.

ADA's that require reasonable accommodations such as seating accommodations should be made.

Especially, if there is seating available!!! We will be filing a BBB COMPLAINT and ADA COMPLAINT TODAY!!!

In csl 1000 e broadway location. There are 24 people in line...2 stickers and not one manager in sight to help except John/Jeff i forget his name.

Facility manager doesnt help and they walk around looking at all of us donors and the position vital checkers and all employees not managers. They treat us alll like crap and the vitals checkers...only 2right now must answer phone and check in donors too. Where are managers. I have complained several times and facility manager just claims theyre better on their numbers than other facilities and theyre short staffed.

If theyare short staffed...then get your fat butt off the chair...and do something to help.

This is ridiculous that manager just makes excuses and does not fix ANYTHING. We should be first if weve been waiting over an hour thisso reccommended at all sta

If you want to donate, find a Red Cross or local blood bank solution. Until then, stop thinking you're a valuable commodity. Broke people selling blood come a dime a dozen. You will not be missed if you never return to this or any blood SELLING organization.

P.S. Please donate the money you were PAID to "donate" to a worthy local charity in your father's name...

Unexplained issues at the Shop City, Syracuse Office location. Office never opened at 7 am ?????

Good Morning: I hope my concerns do not go unaddressed or ignored. I awoke early this morning and took Uber to your Shop City, Syracuse Location.

I arrived at 6:30 am to await the office opening at 7:00 am. There was to my surprise already approx. 20 other people/clients in line. 7:00 am came and passed and the office did not open?

It was 25' degrees out and yet the staff we could see through the windows never came to the door to provide an explanation. As I continued to wait, we could see the staff innocently chatting and laughing amongst themselves and still the office did open it's doors nor did any personnel come to the door to provide an explanation. At 7:59 am, a female associate opened the door to announce that they would not open till 9:30 am ????????? with no explanation given.

Please understand, I am a returning client and haven't donated since February of 2021. My New Year resolution was to make a better concerted effort to donate to CSL Plasma and to the American Red Cross. I recognize issues arise occasionally especially given the Omicron variant but to leave people waiting in the cold without communicating that the office would not be open due to certain circumstances is just irresponsible and insensitive. I can't even imagine that a company with your reputation would want this type of bad publicity to circulate in the general public given the importance Plasma plays.

I am a very reasonable person but I am also human. To awake and pay for Uber to transport to & from your Shop City location and to have had this experience; I felt compelled to bring this matter to your immediate attention. If your location is unable to provide the necessary staff in order to operate within safe and efficient guidelines, then the prudent and responsible course of action is to temporarily close the facility until such time as when proper staffing levels can be meet and maintained.

Your company provides a vital service to countless patients, please do what is necessary to rectify this situation. Best Regards, Marcuus

Card not letting me get money out

My name is Thomas Caruso and I have another problem no surprise I went to fast cash and when it transfered it didn't work when I tried to use the very first time no issues but this time it asked me if my address was correct and it told me that I can't receive my money untill 4-6 weeks.
