Rude staff
I referred my son to CSL plasma after a donating a few times myself. The staff was very rude in guiding myself and my son in the app process in order to get the referral reward.
Before we could even download the app to refer a friend the staff member began the process with my son, never explaining that I needed to refer a friend before his process started. In turn they will not give me the $100 referral reward. Each staff member knew before hand that my son was my referral. They were rude and acted as if they knew nothing.
I would like to be compensated for my referral for ShNard Pope. I have many I can refer, but if Im not compensated than its no point in referring others.
Please compensate me for my referral please. Thanks in advance!

Stolen membership status
I have been a donor for over 10 years! I was deferred by a bowl that broke for 60 days!
Out of my control. And because I wasn't able to donate for 60 days, I lost my platinum status. Meaning now I have to start all over again. Mind you!
The same day of the accident, I become platinum. I was looking forward to taking advantage of the membership, NOT STANDING IN LONG LINES! This is not fair at all that nothing could be done! It wasn't my fault for a mishap with the machine.
I'm mad. to be back at silver! Wow!
